To fulfil our policy obligation we shall:

1.Comply with relevant environmental legislation and regulations.

2.Accept that our activities may potentially change the environment and take reasonable steps to prevent any damage by determining and managing our significant aspects and impacts.

3.Aim to minimise the creation of waste where possible, and to adopt appropriate measures to reduce and recycle any waste arising in order to minimise the consumption of resources.

4. Commit Newstead Trade Frames Ltd to the prevention of pollution monitoring purchasing practices and internal operations such as machining, waste creation, energy consumption and raw material consumption to ensure best use of natural resources and minimum impact.

5. Communicate the environmental policy to all employees and make available to interested parties on request.

6.  Establish and maintain a system for the management of environmental policy that promotes programmes of continual improvement, based on the principles of BS EN ISO 14004 : 1996.

7. Review this policy regularly to ensure continuing relevance to Newstead Trade Frames Ltd.
